Captivating
I have actually had this documentary for quite sometime on DVD. This episode was release a few years ago before Rickey Medlocke hosted the series. The stories of the Mescalero Apache people were captivating even before Rickey signed up to host. The addition of Rickey and the interviews between him and a few of the tribal members added something special to the program.
I have watched this many times for the language lessons, the music and the culture overview. Hearing the stories from the elders is just fascinating and it preserves history for future generations. Looking forward to many more of this someday.
disappointed
Part II mostly repetition with part I which I did not expect; was wanting additional information and more tribal members.
Wonderful
Very educational. I enjoyed it a lot, but it left me wanting to know more - which is very good. Rickey Medlocke was awesome in this. Anyone interested in Apaches should watch this.
